•Thorough working knowledge of Micros or other F&B point of sale system & F&B Operations
•Good computer skills, ICDL an added advantage
•Strong negotiation & interpersonal skills

•An ear for language & ability to speak at least 1 International Language
•Strong organizational skills

•HND Hotel & Cat/Tourism & Hospitality/Degree from a reputable institution
•At least 1 year experience in the kitchen
•2 years experience at managerial level
•Exposure in international hotel an added advantage
