•Thorough working knowledge of CLS or other rooms management system & F/O Operations
•Strong negotiation & interpersonal skills
•Strong administrative & co-ordination skills
•Strong business appreciation
•Keen client focus
•Linguistic perfection (fluency in written & spoken English)
•An ear for language & ability to speak at least 1 International Language
•Good computer skills
•Strong leadership skills

•HN Hotel & /Tourism & Hospitality/Degree from a reputable institution
•2 years experience at managerial level
•Exposure in international hotel an added advantage

•Clean & attractive
•Refined & elegant manner
•Obvious pride in personal stds of dress, hygiene & health
•Energetic & healthy appearance
•High self esteem
