Working for a Telecoms company based in Malawi you will be an experienced Trainer working within a back office contact centre environment.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Managing training needs and identifying key skills gaps and developing suitable programmes to address these
- Responsible for induction of new members of staff
- Designing and developing programmes to support the contact centre
- Working with Team Managers to ensure company objective are met
Education and Experience
- Must have a University degree
- Atleast one year experience as a Trainer
Key Competencies:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good listening skills
- Good problem analysis and solving skills
- Must be customer service oriented
